Application Overview

Highland BOTS is a database application that will support basic order entry and shipping operations, and transmit fulfilled order data to the Highland billing and accounting systems.

BOTS provides a graphical user interface into a Relational DataBase Management System (RDBMS). The database engine provides the standard features expected of a RDBMS, including data transfer, storage, bulk modification of data, relationship management and access control. End users connect to the RDBMS via a graphical user interface client, query and reporting tool, or web browser, as appropriate to the task.
